Yes. I build AI agents for lead qualification, sales follow-up, document and invoice processing, and internal knowledge search. Most run on Make.com or n8n with Claude or OpenAI handling the reasoning step, and connect directly to the CRM, inbox and tools you already use. A first working agent typically takes 5–10 working days.
A classic automation follows fixed rules: when this happens, do that. An AI agent adds judgement. It can read unstructured input like an email or a PDF, decide what it means, and choose between several actions. In practice I combine both: deterministic steps where reliability matters, and an AI step only where judgement is genuinely needed.
Both. I use n8n when the data must stay inside the EU or on your own servers, when costs need to scale without per-operation pricing, or when the logic is complex. I use Make.com when speed of delivery and easy handover matter more. I recommend the platform after scoping the process, not before.
It can be, and I build for that. I use EU-hosted or self-hosted n8n where personal data is involved, restrict what is sent to any language model to the minimum needed, avoid providers that train on submitted data, and document the data flow so it can go into your Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten. Where a decision affects a customer, a person approves it.

Yes. I connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Airtable and DACH tools including Lexoffice, sevDesk, Bexio and Personio. If a tool has an API it can be connected, and if it doesn't, I usually find a workable route through email, webhooks or file exchange.
Simple automations are ready within 3–5 days. More complex projects with multiple apps and custom logic take 5–10 days. For larger systems we agree on the exact timeline together during the free check.
With Make.com, Zapier and n8n over 2,000 apps can be connected — including Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Trello, Jira, Notion and many more. I have specialist experience with DACH-specific tools including Lexoffice, Bexio, sevDesk and Personio.
