Questions about Automation Care
What happens if a Make.com or Zapier scenario fails at night?
The monitoring alert reaches me automatically. I fix it within your plan's response time, and failed runs are replayed where the platform allows, so no data is lost.
Can you take care of automations someone else built?
Yes. During onboarding I audit and document them first, then they're covered like my own builds.
Do I keep access and documentation if I cancel?
Always. Everything runs in your own accounts and the documentation is yours.
What counts as a “small change”?
Anything up to about an hour of work: a new field, a new step, a new recipient or an adjusted filter. Bigger changes are quoted as a new build at your plan discount.
Does Automation Care cover AI agents and prompts?
Yes, on Standard and Plus: I monitor AI steps, tune prompts and switch models when quality or cost changes.
